During the three-year period from 2019 to 2021 (Note: The original text mentions "2019-2020" but refers to a three-year period, which is logically adjusted to "2019-2021" for accuracy), through targeted industrial poverty alleviation, the company has established an interest linkage mechanism between the enterprise and poor households. It has driven 62 poor households in Hezhou, with an average annual income increase of 2,352 yuan per household and a total dividend of 145,800 yuan; it has also driven more than 400 poor households in Longjinzhou of Qujiang, with an average annual income increase of 1,080 yuan per household.

The company's annual industrial dividends to poor households amount to more than 432,000 yuan, with a total dividend of 1.296 million yuan over three years. At present, the company has recruited 3 registered poor households for long-term employment. Last year, the highest annual salary of a single poor household reached more than 64,000 yuan. For 18 registered poor households who are unable to work on-site, the company has adopted a consignment sales model for oil products: the company delivers its products to the homes of the poor households, who then sell the products. A commission salary of 10 yuan per bottle is calculated, and currently, each of the 18 poor households can increase their income by approximately 500 yuan per month.

The company has actively responded to the government's poverty alleviation call and taken the initiative to connect with Xiashan Village in Shijiang Township, a provincial-level poverty-stricken village. It donated 50,000 yuan to renovate the village-level highways. In addition, the company also provides free processing services for poverty alleviation products in Shijiang Township and waived more than 20,000 yuan in processing fees for the township. Last year, in the "One-Day Poverty Alleviation Donation" activity, it donated 20,000 yuan to Hezhou Sub-district Office and 20,000 yuan to Longjinzhou Sub-district Office. This year, in the activity to support Jiangxi Province's counterpart assistance for poverty alleviation in Aktau County, Xinjiang, our company donated 100,000 yuan to Aktau County, Xinjiang on May 27. Furthermore, the company actively undertakes the mission of a leading enterprise, continues to strengthen the cooperation model of "Company + Cooperative + Base", increases investment in science and technology, and joins hands with colleges and universities to jointly cultivate new-type talents, striving for the transformation towards agricultural modernization.

In 2021, the company took the lead in establishing the Fengcheng Tianyu Agricultural Industrialization Consortium, which is composed of the company and 5 cooperatives in Fengcheng City. It has a 25,800-mu (1 mu ≈ 0.0667 hectares) camellia oil planting base in Licun, and has so far driven 5,215 rural households through cooperatives.
