  • Oil production
    The company has taken the lead in adopting advanced domestic and international enzymatic degumming technology in the production of oil production technology. The adoption of this technology has greatly ensured product quality, reduced losses during processing, and consumed less water, steam, and electricity compared to traditional processing techniques. It is more conducive to energy conservation and consumption reduction, more environmentally friendly, and more helpful in reducing "three wastes emissions".
  • Oil acid production
    This project is the result of the long-term cooperative industry-university-research integration mechanism established by our company with professors and doctoral research teams from the Food Engineering Department of Nanchang University. It mainly utilizes high-acid-value rice bran oil and crude fatty acids, which are by-products from the refining process, for further derivation to obtain products with wide applications such as "vegetable oleic acid", "stearic acid", and "vegetable pitch". This research achievement has been approved for funding by the Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. Among them, "refined rice bran oil" and "vegetable oleic acid" have been recognized as key new products in Jiangxi Province. The company's independently developed low-freezing-point refined oleic acid is widely used as an additive in the petrochemical industry, breaking the bottleneck where similar products could only rely on imports, and accounting for more than 25% of the national market share of the same product.
